We’re searching for a Lead HVAC Technician who wants more than a paycheck — someone who wants ownership, leadership, and the chance to make a lasting impact.

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of HVAC installation and service experience (If you don't have 5 years experience, we have other positions available)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Leadership mindset with a team-first attitude
EPA Section 608 Certification (required) for handling refrigerants.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Pride in craftsmanship and doing the job right the first time
