Experienced TPO Commercial Roofer Needed – Branson/Springfield Area
Branson Springfield Roof Co. is looking for an experienced commercial roofer who knows TPO roofing systems.
We need someone who can work independently, solve problems in the field, and produce clean, professional work. This is not an entry-level position.
Responsibilities include:
Installing TPO membrane roofing systems
Heat-welding seams, patches, and flashing details
Installing insulation, cover board, and fastening systems
Flashing curbs, drains, pipes, walls, and penetrations
Completing repairs and leak investigations
Maintaining a clean and safe jobsite
Communicating clearly with the project manager and other crew members
Qualifications:
Previous hands-on TPO installation experience
Strong heat-welding skills and techniques
Knowledge of mechanically attached and fully adhered systems
Ability to properly complete penetrations and detail work
Commercial roofing experience
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
Ability to work safely at heights
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
Foreman or crew-lead experience is a plus
We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing things correctly—not someone who needs to be chased around the roof with a clipboard.
Compensation: Based on experience and demonstrated skill.
Work area: Branson, Springfield, and surrounding areas.
