Might trade, but trades would have to be things of worth. Not computers, various other electronic junk, clothes you get the general idea. Running vehicles? Who knows? Like I said, something of actual worth or Cash is King. Might do $500 cash and item(s) of trade as well. I'm a decent friendly person open to decent, friendly horse trading.
EASY way of removing it for your mover or yourself IF you have a 2 ton on up truck. Just pull it forward a short ways then back it up. About 500 ft of hard ground for your mover or yourself to cover and you're on blacktop. You'll go right out an old drive.
It's either a 10 or 12 by 50 older mobile home. I'd say it was from the 1970s. Looked some images online and made a guess by comparison. Has old furnace in it might still work. It did when I first moved here. Bathroom is intact floor not rotted out. Two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. Has cook stove which might still work.
This old place is still sturdy. Come look at it yourself and make up your own mind.
Has a couple places it's leaked one is bad other is so so. Except for about a 2 foot long one foot wide area under the spot were it leaked, the rest of the floor is Very Solid. Will try to patch the spots but making no guarantees. Am busy moving and preparing stuff for the move. There is stuff stored in it. I'll either take it with us or sell it outright to someone. I don't care which I do at this point, but am not giving the stuff away.
