CDL-A Drivers Wanted – Small-Town Carrier

Skybound Logistics is a small, veteran-owned, driver-focused refrigerated transportation business. We’re looking for experienced CDL-A drivers who value consistency, safety, and straight-forward pay. We are partnered with PBJ Express Inc as the leasing authority and for dispatch.
PAY
• Starting at 21% of gross revenue with no fuel surcharge.
• Drivers make anywhere between $1400-$2400 a week based on driver's motivation.
• Paid weekly - 1099 position
• $1000 incentive bonus every 90 days of dispatch.
FREIGHT & LANES
• Refrigerated freight
• Midwest & Southeast lanes
• No forced dispatch
TOOLS WE USE:
• Alvys, Motiv, and Telegram apps.
• Blue Beacon wash program
• BestPass toll coverage
• Fuel card
REQUIREMENTS
• Valid CDL-A
• 1.5 years OTR experience.
• Pass a drug screening.
• Motivated, great communication, and a team-player.
