Wilson's Ready Mix and Precast is seeking dependable and safety-focused Concrete Mixer Drivers to join our growing team in Webb City, MO. Compensation:

• Experienced Drivers: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
• Entry Level Drivers: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Operate a concrete mixer truck in a safe and efficient manner.
• Deliver concrete to job sites as scheduled.
• Follow DOT and company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform daily truck inspections and report any issues.
• Maintain cleanliness of the truck and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service on job sites.

Physical Requirements:

• This is a physically demanding position. You must be able to:
• Climb in and out of trucks and work in uneven terrain.
• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Perform physical labor such as chipping out drums and handling concrete chutes.
• Work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)

Requirements:

• Valid Class B CDL with Airbrake endorsement.
• Minimum 6 months of driving experience.
• Ready-Mix experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Clean driving record and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
