- Consistent High Miles: Our fleet averages 2,800 – 3,200+ miles per week.
- Elite Equipment: Late-model (2022+) Freightliner Cascadias equipped with APUs, Inverters, Fridges, and Double Bunks.

EXPERIENCE-BASED PAY:
We value the years you’ve put into this industry. Your starting pay is determined by your verifiable OTR history over the last 5 years:
- Top-Tier Earnings: Start at up to $0.66 CPM based on your experience.
- All Miles Paid: We pay for every dispatched mile—Loaded, Empty, or Bobtail.
- (Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience required for all applicants)
REQUIREMENTS (Strictly Enforced):
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR experience in the last 5 years.
- Stable work history (No more than 4 major companies in the last 5 years).
- Clean safety record and a professional, safety-focused mindset.
