Up to $2,200/week PER DRIVER ($4,400/week per team)

š HOW THE PAY WORKS ā UP TO 40% LINE HAUL FOR TEAMS
Teams start at 25% of line haul + detention & layover (5% higher than solo from day one)
+1% for every year of clean driving experience (up to 5 years = +5%)
+1% for every month of clean performance ā no lates, no violations, no failed inspections (up to 10 months = +10%)
Cap out at 40%
Line haul calculated on gross (minus fuel, tolls, lumpers ā that's it)
Transparent math ā no mystery deductions, no payday surprises
š Our team dry van trucks average $45K+/month in line haul. At the 40% cap, that's $18,000/month to the team ā $9,000/month per driver. Annualizes to $108K/year per driver.
š„ WHY % BEATS CPM
You've seen the CPM ads: "$0.85 CPM team!" "$0.90 CPM split + $20K bonus!" Sounds great. Here's what they don't tell you:
ā CPM has a hard ceiling. $0.85 CPM Ć 5,500 miles = $4,675/team. Forever. Doesn't matter how hot the freight market gets ā your check is locked.
ā CPM ads bury the deductions. Fuel scorecards, "admin fees," detention you can't claim, deadhead at half rate. Your $0.85 CPM becomes $0.72 real fast.
ā CPM bonuses take a year to vest. That $20K split retention bonus? Most of it pays out at month 12. If you leave at month 9, you walk with nothing.
ā Our 40% line haul share has NO ceiling. When broker rates spike in produce season, when freight gets tight in Q4, when fuel surcharges climb ā your check climbs with it. A team on a strong $50K month earns $2,500/driver/week. On a $55K month, $2,750/driver/week. No begging dispatch. No renegotiating. The freight does the work.

Graduated truck driving school with 6+ months experience
OR
1 year of Class A experience in the last 3 years
OR
5 years of Class A experience in the last 10 years

Valid Class A CDL
21 years or older
No more than 2 points on MVR
No DWI/DUI in the last 7 years
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months
No cell phone or seat belt violation in the past 7 years
Pass DOT physical & drug screen
