Stuck without a ride or looking to share a spot in your vehicle without background check and other discriminatory flat out rejections? You don't need Insurance to drive or ride for something that's donation based. That's the law.
So if you're one of the many rejected by Uber, Lyft, or anyone else, join the club of those who aren't afraid to admit we're packing and chances are you're a lot safer anyway!

All participants are urged keep a current background check but this club expects rejects because we are rejects.
Every participant will be given a unique WWRASC code to identify them on the platform.
Keep in mind, this is a free service. You can use the app to pay in cash, crypto, or barter of any legal thing. Any driver or rider can list themselves as a concealed carry license holder and offer free service to those in need.
And, yes, it's perfectly legal. We're here to help one another and no corporate or government entities have rights to interfere with this freedom, no matter what your record is.
The WWRASC app is still in the works for Google play store. For now you can simply submit your name, email (will not be shared, ever), and cell # (optional) here and I'll get you in the database.
Keep in mind that any participant offering or seeking rides will be able to see all details of your background check, but without a name. Instead we use your unique WWRASC ID.
You will have a comment field to explain any infractions.

WWRASC accepts no liabilities unless through neglegance or intent to conceal information on our side. We have every intention of keeping people safe but cannot guarantee safety. Honestly, nobody can, but your usually a lot safer riding than walking.
Participants are not required to carry any special insurance, but do if you can.
Everyone gets a 3 slot rating.
Participants who don't donate may or may not receive a good rating by a connected participant.
Participants in all cases are expected to maintain personal hygiene of themselves and pets, and communicate exactly how many people and pets before each connection.
Participants without valid I.d. can still register but all participants must share a clear and recent face photo. Anyone without a valid government i.d. simply gets listed as an unidentified participant. Connect at your own risk. Discrimination against those without i.d. is also discrimination by the club, so consider that some users may have lost their i.d. and are using the club to get it back.
This is not a 'last chance' connection service but a new way to rideshare.
To get started, simply request your unique WWRASC i.d. and submit a recent face photo. All other information is voluntary but keep in mind, you are much more likely to make connections with more information, unless you have real mental problems and probably don't belong here anyway.
