It's the Alienware AW3423DWF, a 34-inch, QHD+ (1440p), 165Hz Quantum Dot OLED, ultrawide, curved gaming monitor.
That's a lot of words, but this is basically two high-end OLED gaming monitors in one, with incredible image quality and awesome performance. It was $1,100 new, but even today it's still an $800 monitor — and mine is in near perfect condition.
